Booking & Reservation Policy

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • Hotel Jayshree Palace reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its discretion.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Standard Check-in Time: (Add your time, e.g., 12:00 PM)
  • Standard Check-out Time: (Add your time, e.g., 10:00 AM)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking type.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  • No-shows may result in full booking charges.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain proper behavior and respect hotel property.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged accordingly.
  • Illegal activities, misconduct, or disturbance to other guests may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via (add: Cash / UPI / Cards / Online).
  • Full or partial payment may be required at check-in.

Health & Safety Policy

  • Guests must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the hotel.
  • Compliance with local government regulations is mandatory.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any health-related issues arising during the stay.

  • Guests are advised to use lockers or safe facilities where available.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, accident, delay, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (force majeure events).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
